Its widely believed that award-winning English singer, Adele opted for plastic surgery before breaking into the music industry. Her alleged procedure is a nose job, or medically speaking, a rhinoplasty operation. Below you will find three before and after photos of the singer, which highlights the evidence of plastic surgery.
